What is the true dimension of the project? The administration will not accept a mere distribution of the parcels. Can the city actually absorb and make flourish internventions of this type? How is Piacenza situated/positioned after the fierce competition of the actual city? How strong is the risk of being a city relegated to being of type B or C? Piacenza cannot overcome it’s past, but rather project the excellence of it’s future? Is it possible to take advantage of the opportunity that this project presents to make Piacenza a front page city, a protagonist? Is it possible to think about the development of this area without thinking of the development of Piacenza?
These are the questions that the project undertook and presented to the administration , from hence which a strong debate has ensued over the recovery/recuperation of said areas and above all the new use and destiny of same.
