Single House in Ibiza, Eatable ArchitectureThe gratitude of the material, the Mares stone, prompted the initiative of the project from the weight of it’s components. The project is located on the terrain as a carving of itself, as a way of emptying the existing volume, much like the quarry of Mares, carved; not created from explosions. The house does not pretend to appear atop a floor, rather appears to step unto it and belong to it. A house that was always there. |
